FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment and grinding vegetable raw and bran separation. After grinding vegetable raw is dissolved in water and suspended followed by isolation or crude protein and grist. Lipids are extracted from obtained crude protein and grist with liquid carbon dioxide under atmospheric pressure excess. Soybeans are used in optimal variant as vegetable raw. Lipids are extracted by flow-discontinuous method passing liquid carbon dioxide through isolated mass under pressure 5.6-6.5 MPa. Soybeans are ground at 40 C (not above) to obtain grains of size less 45-65 mcm. In preferable variant vegetable raw is dissolved and suspended in drinking water at pH 6-7. Method can be used for foodstuffs production in different branches of food industry and also in chemical and pharmaceutical industries and in fodder production. EFFECT: decreased time of lipid extraction, improved and simplified technology. 6 cl
