FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: in the course of preoperational period one should study reactivity of microcirculatory route due to laser Doppler fluometry. One should develop occlusion of arterial circulation with the pressure being above systolic by 30 mm mercury column during 3 min, calculate the period of circulatory half-restoration after post-occlusion hyperemia and at its value being above 0.380 min one should predict affected cardiac rhythm in early postoperational period. The method enables to conduct prophylaxis of arrhythmia in due time.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
