FIELD: drying devices; sapropel drying complexes after preliminary dehumidification of sapropel mass to moisture content of 50%.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex includes hermetic casing with endless flexible loop located inside it; this loop is provided with carrying member for material to be dried; drying complex includes also operating and guide blocks for forming loop sections, calorifer for blowing all loop section with preheated air, loading and unloading devices and bearing rollers. Endless flexible is made in form of vertically oriented sections and horizontal closing section located above loop sections; all blocks are made in form of sprockets engageable with chains; sprockets of horizontal closing section and upper sprockets of loop sections are mounted on half-axles on the outside of loop; chains are interconnected by means of transversal couplings located along loop at similar intervals; rectangular grates are freely suspended for turn relative to transversal couplings; these grates close intervals between adjacent transversal couplings; loading device is located in area of drive sprocket on ascending run of first loop section in way of motion of loop; it includes supply branch pipe adjoining the loading chamber which consists of flat guides mounted in parallel relative to each other for free passage of grates with transversal couplings between them and elastic aprons mounted as cantilever and secured to them on side of exit of grates for engagement with both sides of grates; mounted on descending run of first loop section in front of drive sprocket are fiber blades brushes engageable with both sides of grates; axles of these bushes are kinematically linked with their rotation drive; air passages are formed inside hermetic casing in way of motion of loop by mans of horizontal screen located between horizontal run of loop and upper sprockets of loop sections, vertical screening walls secured as cantilever on horizontal screen in areas of ascending runs of loop sections and vertical screening walls secured on side walls of casing in areas with descending runs of loop sections. Unloading device is made in form of conveyer and dried sapropel receiver located under hermetic closing.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying; minimization of power requirements due to smooth thickness of layer on grates.
