FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns complexes for sapropel drying after preliminary humidity reduction to at least 40-50% of original value for sapropel mass obtained from fresh-water basins in pulp form. Sapropel drying complex includes feeding device with additional feeding pipe symmetrical to the first one. Feeding pipe axes are oriented in grate plane, the pipes are positioned in bottom chamber part to maintain symmetrical sapropel feed to the space between side walls of the chamber and both surfaces of grates. Pipes feature bellmouth in the area adjoining the chamber, flat bottom and cap of the chamber feature rectangular slit orifices though which loop circuit with grates can pass. Vertical screening guide lines with U-shaped cross-section are positioned at external sides of loop circuits between chamber cover and bottom and can grip circuits and interact with them.
EFFECT: enhanced performance of sapropel drying complex at the same structural parametres due to more complete filling of grate area by sapropel mass and enhanced specific load of loop circuit grates.
