FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sapropel drying complexes used after preliminary humidity content reduction of sapropel mass produced from fresh water reservoirs in the form of pulp to at least 40-50% from initial value. Sapropel drying complex contains load-carrying casing and in-built infinitely closed double circuit as vertically oriented loop sections and connecting horizontal reach with chain fixed equally spaced transverse connection with suspension rectangular grids, chain-drive and bypass sprockets, discharge facility, air heater blowing with warm air all the reaches of loop sections. Loader is designed as rectangular cross sectioned chamber mounted on rising reach of circuit and slotted for transverse connection with grids, and load manifold connected to internal cavity of chamber and providing possibility of feeding sapropel under overpressure to internal cavity of chamber. Axis of load manifold is oriented in plane of grids with manifold mounted in lower part of chamber and with possibility of symmetric feeding sapropel in-between lateral walls of chamber and both surfaces of grids. Flat bottom and chamber cover are provided with rectangular slot with passing chain circuit with grids. From outside of circuit chains between cover and bottom of chamber there are mounted vertically oriented guide of U-shaped cross-section covering chains and interacting with them.
EFFECT: higher complex productivity at the same design parameters due to more complete filling of grid area with sapropel mass, higher unit net load to circuit grids.
