FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drying devices, namely to complexes for drying of sapropel mass after its preliminary dehydration with reduction of moisture content down to 50%. In complex for drying of sapropel, which contains sealed jacket, endless double-chain flexible circuit installed inside it, closed at sprockets installed at axles and arranged in the form of vertically oriented loop sections, and closing horizontal branch that is installed on support rollers above the loop sections, at that chains are connected between each other with cross links installed along the circuit length with identical interval, and on cross links grids of rectangular shape are suspended with the possibility of rotation in relation to them, as well as loading device that consists of two guides with formation of chamber with rectangular cross section and possibility of cross links and grids passage through it and nozzle adjacent to guides for supply of sapropel, unloading device in the form of thread cylindrical brushes connected to the drive with possibility of interaction with grids, and also tape conveyor installed above the sealed jacket, heater with the possibility of grids blowing in all loop sections with heated air, several grids are installed on every cross link, which are oriented along the chain circuit parallel to each other and are combined from the top between each other by crosspieces with provision of rigid, axes of brushes are oriented along the jacket and are installed under the drive sprocket with the possibility of brushes location between unit grids and on their external sides whenever unit passes through the drive sprocket, in area of installation of which on jacket side walls vertically oriented flat arresters are fixed in it with the possibility of brush axes rotation and free passage between unit arresters with grids on descending and ascending branches of chain circuit, at that axes of all brushes are kinematically connected between each other with toothed wheels with transmission ratio equal to one, and design parameters of grids suspension to double-chain circuit are determined based on the following ratios: b≤R, l≥h+R(0.57π-1), where b, h - width and height of grid, m, R - radius of sprockets that form loop sections, m.
EFFECT: reduction of drying chamber length.
