FIELD: dehydration equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in device for sapropel drying containing pressurized cowling, located inside it endless double-chain flexible boundary, closed on mounted on semiaxis star wheel and implemented in the form of vertically oriented serpentine areas and enclosing horizontal reach, located on bearing rollers above serpentine areas, at that chains are connected to each other by cross-link, located by boundary length with equal interval, and on cross-links rotatable relative to it are free suspended rectangular frameworks, which overlap by length intervals between adjacent cross-links, by driving direction of boundary inside of pressurized cowling there are formed air channels in the form of screen walls, charging device in the form of chamber with rectangular cross-section with ability of passing through it cross links with frameworks and adjoined to it branch for feeding through it under sapropel excess pressure, discharging device in the form of connected to drive and ability of interaction with frameworks of thread cylindrical brushes and also located under pressurised cowling conveyor belt with receiver for dried sapropel, airheater with ability of framework blow-off at all serpentine areas by heated air, on each cross link there are located several frameworks which are oriented lengthwise catenary circuit parallel to each other, and on top they are adjoined to each other by means of transverse beam with forming rigid units, chamber of charging device is outfitted by bottom and cover which are implemented in the form of horizontally oriented and overhung fixed on internal sides of lateral chamber walls and located parallel to each other elements of U-shaped cross-section with ability of passing between them transverse beams with frameworks, and chamber end walls are implemented with rectangular flanges with ability of placement inside of it and interaction with it chains of double-chain flexible boundary, brushes axes are oriented lengthwise cowling and located under chain-drive sprocket with ability of brushes location between unit frameworks and from its outsides at passing unit through chain-drive sprocket, in mounting area of which on lateral walls of cowling there are fixed vertically oriented flat limiters with installed in it rotatable brushes axes and with ability of free passing between units limiters with frameworks on decurrent and ascending catenary contour branches, at that axes of all brushes are interlocked to each other by means of gear components.

EFFECT: have to provide length reduction of drying chamber.
