FIELD: the invention refers to the modes of changing of atmospheric processes.
SUBSTANCE: atmospheric processes come to transformation of the molecular composition of the molecules of the atmospheric gas. In every period of time one can observe definite molecular composition of that or another sphere of atmosphere, giving that or another kind of weather over corresponding area. Molecular composition of atmosphere is subjected to changing or preserving through influencing with narrow directed sound vibrations and electromagnetic waves on definite molecules of the atmospheric gas in definite regions of atmosphere. At places of crossing of narrow directed sound and electromagnetic vibrations new molecular compositions-"molecular-embryos", which transfer over chain reaction its composition and energy on neighboring molecules.
EFFECT: this provides forming of total molecular composition of the atmosphere gas in given sphere and provides desired weather from the spectrum of climatic possible kinds of weather for a given region and given period of the year.
