FIELD: methods and equipment for overcoming of anti-cyclonic situation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating by means of ascending ionized air flow of reduced atmospheric pressure zone in upper part of anti-cyclone until formation of cyclonic vortex. Apparatus has at least one ion generator including corona electrode and ion extractor. Corona electrode is running around ion extractor along inclined surface narrowing toward ion extractor base. Inclined surface may be side surface of cone, pyramid, paraboloid or hyperboloid, or side surface and smaller end of said truncated bodies. Apparatus also includes ion flow concentrator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in altering weather conditions with accompanying occurrence of cloudness and precipitation in stable anti-cyclone zone.
