FIELD: weather correction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to create and maintain weather conditions favorable for life by adjusting the type and intensity of atmospheric processes and phenomena and uses for this the thermoacoustic instability of moisture-containing atmospheric air. Thermoacoustic instability is realized in form of a direct thermoacoustic effect by exposing the mass of atmospheric air in a certain region of the atmosphere to low-frequency acoustic radiation from a ground-based complex of active influences with an acoustic phase-active antenna array. To ensure the conditions for the implementation of the direct thermoacoustic effect, the frequency of the exposing acoustic radiation is smoothly adjusted in accordance with changes in the value of the differential reflectivity, the value of the differential phase shift and the value of the cross-correlation coefficient of the vertical and horizontal components of the polarized weather radar signal. To observe changes in the state of air masses exposed to self-sustaining acoustic radiation propagating at a large distance, normal atmospheric radio refraction, or super-refraction, or waveguide propagation of weather radar radiation is used.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of using ground-based robotic systems for acoustic influence on atmospheric processes to correct the synoptic situation in a mesoscale space under the influence of a cyclone.
