SUBSTANCE: method involves using mixture of acid polysaccharides and preparation produced from Mortierella bainieri micromycet biomass by predetermined process. Said mixture is used as substitute for structurizer and emulsifier.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of structurizer and emulsifier and improved quality of product.
