FIELD: motorcar industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for worn tire casings processing and may be used in the technological processes of the worn tire casings utilization, in particular, for production of obtaining comminuted rubber crumbs by an explosion-circulating method. The press for worn tire casings compacting includes a support, clusters of loading and positioning of a worn tire casing, a unit of cross-sectional slitting of a tire casing, a unit of a cutting-out of bead rings, a unit of winding of tire-tread parts in a roll containing a cylinder and pressure rollers, and also the aids for removal of the rolls and bead rings. The unit of cross-sectional slitting of a tire casing and a unit of cutting out of the bead rings are plug-compatible and made in the form of a cylindrical shell with a plate fixed with a clearance from a cutting edge of the shell on its outer surface. The unit of the tire casings positioning is made in the form of a cartridge and used for its centering along the axis of the shell and a mounted behind the cartridge support, which effective surfaces are perpendicular to the axis of the shell. The support has a ring-type slot and a radial slot for the plate and shell cutting edges free going in and out. The shell is installed on the support with a capability of reciprocal motion in a direction of its axis. The exes of rotation of the pressure rollers and the cylinder are located in parallel to the axis of the shell. On the support above the cylinder there is a fixed tool for transportation of a tire casing thread part from the cartridge to the cylinder. The press has a high productivity and allows to produce the rolls from the tire casing thread parts with the given performances and to form a package out of rolls with the given mass and geometry.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the press high productivity, production of the rolls from the tire casing thread parts with the given performances, formation of packages out of rolls with the given mass and geometry.
