FIELD: equipment for vacuum cleaning, attachments to vacuum cleaners.

SUBSTANCE: lock device may be used in vacuum cleaner for supporting extension pipe of brush unit with possibility of detaching it. Lock device may be selectively joined with control handle of flexible hose unit joined with housing of vacuum cleaner. Lock device includes holder having at both its ends first and second connection members joined respectively with control handle and with extension pipe; cover (having elastic locking member made as one piece with it and elastically shifted in locking direction) joined with outer surface of second connection member of holder; disengagement lever mounted with possibility of rotation around axle in outer surface of holder and having working end joined with free end of elastic locking member button zone of user in other end. Locking opening is provided in wall of second connection member of holder; said opening corresponds to fixing opening of extension pipe. Elastic locking member has hook protruding through locking opening inside second connection member for interlocking extension pipe.

EFFECT: simplified process of assembling device due to reduced number of its parts.
