SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out fibroesophagoduodenoscopy. Moreover, organ's lumen should be filled with water through endoscope's aspiration canal. In case of this way of studying endoscope's distal end should be completely applied into liquid and parallel to the endoscope it is necessary to apply a probing obturator with latex balloon at its tip which should be placed behind pyloric ring. At carrying out the survey one should apply lifted head position of patient's couch against its opposite end for 15-20°.
