SUBSTANCE: by means of device "Plason" nitrogen oxide is insufflated through gastroscope in minimal mode at concentration per gas flow 2500 "ppm" within not less than 1 minute so that to involve all mucous membrane surface a then it is examined, and areas of changed colouring and relief character are visually estimated. Found areas of modified dark red colour and rough relief in comparison with normal surrounding surface indicate epithelium dysontogenetic processes thereof and make possibility to diagnose high probability of their pretumoural or tumoural changes with the subsequent target biopsy to detect revealed modifications character and differential diagnostics of innocent, marginal and malignant stomach neoplasm.
EFFECT: method is more precise and provides objective diagnostics process.
