FIELD: machine engineering, possibly effective finish diamond-abrasive working of blanks of different metals having trend for flaw occurring.
SUBSTANCE: tool includes grinding disc provided with member for fastening it on mandrel by acute angle relative to plane normal to rotation axis and hone. Hone includes separate diamond-abrasive beams of different grain size secured to outer surface of tore-like elastic envelope. Restoration of worn outer diameter of hone is realized due to supplying compressed air into elastic envelope according to condition of increasing its diameter up to size of diameter of grinding disc.
EFFECT: improved design, enhanced efficiency and quality of working, increased useful life period of tool, possibility for quick change of working modes without interruption of working process.
