FIELD: mechanical engineering, manufacture of articles with antifriction coating.
SUBSTANCE: according to first version, of manufacture of articles with antifriction coating grooves are made on surface separated by walls, and polymeric coating is applied to surface of article with subsequent treatment. Prior to application of polymeric coating, at least one slot is made on surface of article additionally to intersect at least part of grooves and walls, and after making of at least one slot, walls are deformed. According to second version, grooves are made on surface of article separated by walls, polymeric coating is applied to surface with subsequent treatment. Prior to application of polymeric coating, at least one slot is made on surface of article to interest grooves and walls and form spaces and flexibly damping elements are placed in part of said spaces.
EFFECT: provision of high strength of adhesion of polymeric coating and article, increased service life of article, homogeneity of coating, facilitated process of manufacture.
