SUBSTANCE: control valve comprises housing with inlet, outlet, and main ports, control member made of a piston, which can move in the coaxial main port of the housing, and connected with the rod, and permeable member made of a bulky permeable porous material. The permeable member is the first section of the piston. The second section of the piston from the side of the rod is made of impermeable material. The diameters of the piston and main port are equal. The permeable member and members are made of washer arranged axially symmetrical.
