FIELD: valving systems.

SUBSTANCE: throttling device comprises housing made of a pipe. The members provided with passage for flowing fluid are set with a space one with respect to the other in the opening of the housing in axial direction. The members form stages of throttling. Each throttling member is made of a spiral member made of shaped member whose first end is secured to the plug. The spiral member and plug are mounted coaxially to the opening in the housing with a spaced relation to the housing. The second end of the spiral member is fixed with respect to the housing. The first end and turns of the spiral member are mounted for permitting axial movement. The shaped member is porous and permeable.
