SUBSTANCE: the ball transformer of consumption is fulfilled in the form of a setting in the technological channel. The transformer has a body made of a non-magnetic material, an open ring hollow with a ball and a unit to pick up a signal. The open ring hollow is formed by the inner surface of the body and the outside surface of a limiting bushing. The body of the transformer from the side of the open hollow with a ball located in it has a ring deepening stabilizing the rotation of a vortex flow.
