SUBSTANCE: unit of electric signal pickup comprises a light emitter and a photodetector connected to each other by direct optical and return electronic positive connections, and placed directly in the zone of the circular channel so that the rotary ball could cross the optical axis of "light emitter-photodetector", or the light emitter and photodetector are placed in the secondary electronic transmitter and are optically connected with the circular channel of the primary converter by means of the optic fibre wave guide.
EFFECT: production of a pulse outlet signal with sufficient curve of fronts and stable amplitude, not depending on type of liquid, its temperature and pressure, not exposed to distortion by electric, magnetic and electromagnetic waves.
