FIELD: powder wire used for electric slag surfacing of tools and other articles operating in condition causing high-temperature wear for long period of temperature and force action.
SUBSTANCE: nickel envelope and aluminum in charge are taken in quantity consisting 70 - 75 mass % and 10 -12 mass % respectively of power wire mass. Charge contains components at next relation, mass %: zircon, 1.5 - 2.5; zirconium, 2.5 - 7.0; tungsten, 12.5 - 16.0; silicon, 0.19 - 0.25; calcium fluoride, 1.5 - 2.5; chrome, 12.5 - 16.0; molybdenum, 4.0 - 10.0; niobium, 3.5 - 4.5; titanium, 0.2 - 0.3; tantalum, 2.5 - 7.0; graphite, 1.0 - 2.0; boron, 0.1 - 0.2; aluminum, 31.75 - 58.01. Powder wire provides strength of surfaced metal against softening at temperature 1200ºC for long-period soaking.
EFFECT: enhanced rigidity of surfaced metal at high temperature values.
