FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deposition materials, particularly, to powder and composite wires for arc welding. Composite wire consists of nickel shell, inside of which there are wire components from aluminum, tungsten, molybdenum, tape from tantalum and powdered charge, containing chrome and zirconium, as well as micro-sized powders of titanium diboride and cerium dioxide with particle size in range of 10–30 mcm. Composite wire components are taken in the following ratio, wt%: nickel 67–70, aluminum 10.5–12, chrome 5.5–6.6, tungsten 4.5–5.5, molybdenum 3.2–4.2, tantalum 3.0–3.5, zirconium 1.3–1.8, titanium diboride 0.45–0.8, cerium dioxide 0.05–0.1.
EFFECT: wire provides obtaining of thermally and wear-resistant weld metal with high resistance to formation of cracks from repeated heating and cracks of thermal fatigue under conditions of cyclic temperature action in temperature range of 20–1,150 °C.
