SUBSTANCE: method, according to first variant, includes mounting limiting elements on flexible traction organ with marking of common holding portion on it with later displacement within its limits of functional elements and intermediate limiting elements with marking of local fixed portions between them for appropriate functional elements, which are positioned on them with possible of each their independent, of one relatively to other, reciprocal longitudinal movement and alternating effect by edges of each of them on edges of intermediate limiting elements. Difference of method according to second variant is that intermediate limiting elements are mounted with marking of, on each of them, of local fixed portions, combined with then and overlapping them by length, meant for appropriate functional elements with inner ring-shaped shelves on edges and alternating action by inner ring-shaped shelves with edges of one limiting element on it. Pumping bar according to first variant has flexible traction organ with limiting elements on it and intermediate limiting elements with fixed portions marked between them for appropriate functional elements, which are positioned therein with possibility of each their independent, one relatively to another, reciprocal longitudinal movement and alternating effect by ends of each of them on ends of intermediate limiting elements. Difference of bar according to second variant is that intermediate limiting elements are mounted with marking on each of them, of local fixed portions, combined with them and overlapping them by length, for appropriate functional elements positioned therein with inner ring-shaped shelves on ends and alternating effect by inner ring-shaped shelves on ends of one limiting element in it.
