FIELD: gas panels.
SUBSTANCE: method includes forming sub-field groups in image frame, for each of which preparation interval is set individually and also code series of brightness values, and between code series of groups brightness values hierarchical relation is set, and by alternation of two digital transformations of brightness signal via rows and/or column of image elements.
EFFECT: greater number of brightness degrees with low number of sub-fields in image frame and high image contrast due to low number of preparation ranges in image frame, and also suppression of inter-frame brightness flashing.
