FIELD: polymeric materials processing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of polymeric materials processing by a method of volumetrically-deformation breaking down and may be used at production of a rubber powder from the waste tire casings. The fine-dispersed shredder contains a cylindrical body divided into a zone of feeding of a material and a zone of a material breaking down and has a window for a material charge and a window for the material discharge. In the zone of the material feeding there is an auger mounted on an arbor. In the zone of the material breaking down there are rotors and separating washers mounted on an arbor. The rotors are mounted on the arbor with a shift of their shafts. The separating washers are rigidly linked with the butt ends of the corresponding rotors. Each rotor with two washers adjoining to its butt ends forms a stage of the material breaking down. Each rotor is mounted on the arbor with a shift of its shaft concerning the arbor so, that the space between a part of the cylindrical surface of the rotor opposite to the indicated shift and a corresponding part of the internal cylindrical surface of the body and the corresponding parts of the surfaces of the separating washers forms the zone of the material reception. The opposite space between a part of a cylindrical surface of a rotor on the side of the indicated shift, a corresponding part the internal cylindrical surface of the body and the corresponding parts of the surfaces of the separating washers forms the zone of the material compression. The separating washer - the first on the run of the material movement and located in the zone of the material reception has a through window for possibility to deliver the material through it in the indicated zone of the material reception. The separating washer - the second on the run of the material movement and located in the zone of the material compression has a through window for possibility to withdraw the material through this window from the indicated zone of the material compression. The cross section area of the through window in the first separating washer exceeds the cross section area of the through window in the second separating washer. The invention allows to simplify the design of the fine-dispersed shredder and to increase a grade of the material breaking down, and a constructive, spatial and technological combination of the functions of a prechamber and an operational body of breaking down within the limits of one stage of breaking down of a material enables a capability to arrange the process of multi-staged breaking down of a material.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the fine-dispersed shredder design; improved quality of the material breaking down; a constructive, spatial and technological combination of the functions of a prechamber and the operational body of breaking down; a capability to arrange the process of multy-staged breaking down of a material.
