FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves showing acoustic click train to testees with succession periods being equal to 1 to 1000 ms. The first click, the middle one and the last one in a train are shown in monaural mode. The others are shown in dichotic mode with interaural delay in time equal to zero. Dichotic pairs succession period length is determined characterized in that all three monaurally shown clicks are perceived in monaural signal headphone. The period length value is interpreted in terms of functional state of cerebral hemisphere under study.
EFFECT: high accuracy in studying functional state of each individual hemisphere and brain as a whole.
