FIELD: extraction of solid biological raw material by liquid extractants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing biological raw material with liquid extractant, generation of acoustic oscillations in extraction mixture due to forming of gas phase in it and separation of micelle and grist; acoustic oscillations are generated by abrupt drop of pressure in extraction mixture followed by smooth increase of pressure to initial level; change of pressure is performed at ultrasonic frequency.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities.
