FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in canned food industry, beer and nonalcoholic drinks producing industry, bakery and food concentrates producing industry. Proposed packing material for food products has at least one outer layer made of polymeric film with 50-80% of high-density polyethylene as polymer and volatile oil of mustard seeds in amount of 0.5-5.0%, and white mustard oil as plasticizer in amount of 7-30%, starch in amount of 2.5-6.0% and mineral hydroxyapatite in amount of 10-20%.
EFFECT: increased shelf life of packed products, provision of bactericidal protection of product surface from pathogenic microflora, possibility of biodeterioration of disposed film in soil.
