SUBSTANCE: biodegradable edible food film contains a flavor base selected from meat and/or chicken broth, fruit juice, water, sodium alginate, glycerin, aqueous solution of 4% vitamin C, flavor enhancers in the form of natural flavoring additives, filtrate microbial association of kefir grains at the following ratio of components, wt.%: 95.00 of flavor base; 2.70–2.71 of sodium alginate; 1.10–1.12 of glycerin; 1.07–1.08 of filtrate of microbial association of kefir grains; 0.02 of aqueous solution of 4% vitamin C; 0.09–0.10 of flavor enhancers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to enhance the preservative effect, increase the shelf life of the film, and expand the range of biodegradable food films.
