FIELD: the invention refers to radiolocation namely to radar stations working in a regime of a " real beam" with displacement of the beam by scanning.
SUBSTANCE: The technical result of the proposed technical solution is directed at increasing of resolving power( narrowing of a diagram of a directional pattern of an aerial)along the azimuth with simultaneous enlargement of radar surveillance zone. The technical result of the proposed technical solution is achieved at the expense of forming of a matrix of radar image of the surface in the regime of a "real beam" with sequential displacement of the radar beam along the azimuth on a magnitude of a n-part of the width of the diagram of a directional pattern of an aerial and working off of the amplitudes of reflected signals at the output of summary and differential radar channel. At that the amplitudes of reflected signals at the output of summary and differential channels are multiplied by weighting coefficients ,the results of multiplying are summarized and the amplitudes x(n) of a reflected signal corresponding the n-part of the diagram of a directional pattern of an aerial at the first position of the beam are estimated. Besides at following displacements of the beam on a certain n-part of the diagram of a directional pattern of an aerial the amplitudes of reflected signals received at following positions of the beam are summarized with the same weighting coefficients and parameters of the amplitude are estimated. Then the estimations of the amplitude found independently in every element of permission in range are placed in M lines and in N columns and by this the matrix of radar image is formed.
EFFECT: the invention increases the resolving power of the radar station.
