Abstract RU 2256303 C2

FIELD: induction heating systems, namely induction heating apparatuses with sectional inductor for heating different parts of heated object corresponding to different sections of inductor till different temperature values, installations for heating blanks.

SUBSTANCE: in apparatus for induction heating with sectional inductor supplied from one HF power source sections of inductor are connected in series and defined by taps through which they are connected with secondary windings of matching transformer. Resonance circuit of apparatus is formed by inductor and resonance capacitance. Power supply of each section of inductor is provided by means of respective matching transformer connected to power source. Primary windings of matching transformers are connected in series. Resonance circuit of each section of inductor is formed by respective section and resonance capacitance. Resonance capacitance is connected to respective tap of sections of inductor in such a way that at least one of two adjacent taps has resonance capacitance. Such apparatus may be used in systems with limited cost and with predetermined distribution of power by sections.

EFFECT: improved design of apparatus due to elimination of complex control circuits, switching devices and additional variable inductive units.
