SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creating in metallic construction corrosion notch of predetermined depth passing along breaking line; performing operations in order to provide cumulative anode dissolving of metal along line of notch in zones of local recesses; forming at least one local recess and providing in it technologically based metal thickness that is suitable for working by means of working tools; acting by means of working tools according to condition of creating in metallic construction mechanical stresses initiating cracking of notch in metal.
EFFECT: enhanced possibilities for breaking to scrap metallic constructions due to reduced efforts providing mechanical stresses initiating cracking in corrosion notch.
