SUBSTANCE: the holder is made in the form of a protective framework. The protective framework is positioned in the holder and coupled with the latter through cable shock absorbers. The body is made with compartments and a cover in the form of a monoblock. The radio transmitters, emergency overload detector, are positioned in the body compartments. The body is located in the protective housing and fixed by a flexible tape with a zipper. The holder, protective framework and the body are made of a duralumin alloy and colored with heat-corrosion-resting enamel of read color. The antenna is fastened on the body for body for movement relative to the latter. The holder and the protective housing are made in the form of a monoblock, the electric supply connector and the protective housing and the input connector are fastened on the holder. The output of the program-timing device is electrically coupled with the inputs of the radio transmitters. The output of the emergency overload detector is coupled with the inputs of the radio transmitters. The output of the emergency overload detector is electric-coupled with the input of the program-timing device.
