FIELD: medicine, urgent abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: alternately one should perform three incisions at anterior abdominal wall: the first incision - at the site of ulcer localization, the second incision - pararectally in the left hypochondrium being 2 cm below costal arch, the third incision - being 2-3 cm below umbilical ring along a middle line. In case of pyloroduodenal ulcer one should fulfill the first incision transrectally in the right hypochondrium being 2 cm below a costal arch. In case of gastric ulcer the first incision should be made being 2-3 cm below a xiphoid process. Dilatators should be introduced into the wound. In peculiar case, one should apply a dilatator with a worm mechanism. In case of gastric ulcer one should additionally perform the fourth incision in peculiar case.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of operative interference.
