SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applicable to minimally invasive operative access when gastroduodenal ulcers are sutured. Preoperative examination determines the type of physique of the patient. With a dolichomorphic type of physique, the point of introduction of the first trocar is defined as a point 2 cm below the navel along the midline, insertion points of the second and third trocars are defined as the points located respectively on the right and left mid-succinic lines 2 cm below the line drawn at the level of the umbilicus. In the mesomorphic type of the physique of the patient, the point of introduction of the first trocar is defined as a point 2 cm above the navel along the midline, the insertion points of the second and third trocars are defined as the points located respectively on the right and left mid-succinic lines drawn at the level of the umbilicus. In the brachymorphic type of the physique of the patient, the point of introduction of the first trocar is defined as a point 5 cm above the navel along the midline, the insertion points of the second and third trocars are defined as points located respectively on the right and left mid-succinic lines 2 cm above the line drawn at the level of the navel.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of bleeding, infiltration of the anterior abdominal wall.
