FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: stage-by-stage treatment of perforative duodenal ulcer is performed. The perforative duodenal ulcer is sutured from a mini-laparotomy access in prognostically unfavorable patients with a high probability of death, with perforation duration of more than 24 h, presence of concomitant diseases and systolic blood pressure level lower 100 mm Hg. If the perforated hole diameter does not exceed 1 cm - the perforated hole is sewn with additional fixation of the greater omentum strand. Puncture navigational interventions are provided under ultrasound control when an abnormal anechoic formation is detected in the abdominal cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the results of treatment of prognostically unfavorable patients with a high probability of death.
