FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing excessively developed subcutaneous fat in pubic region. Broad circular skin cut is carried out in the region of penis root. The incision runs along the penoabdominal fold into inguinal regions. Then, dysembryogenic cords are dissected along the dorsal surface of the penis to symphysis. Anterior abdominal wall skin is attached to pubic articulation with interrupted intracutaneous sutures. Skin defect on the penis trunk is covered with scrotum skin flap. Square flap is cut out. The square is moved to dorsal surface of the penis. The cavernous bodies are brought through the opening in the flap base. EFFECT: stable treatment result. 8 dwg
