SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending and boiling of sweetener, plasticizer, emulsifier, and structure-forming agent to predetermined dry matter content. As emulsifier and structure-forming agent mixture of acidic polysaccharides and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella hygrophila micromycete according to claimed technology is used.

EFFECT: decreased consumption of processing additives.
