FIELD: ironmongery, particularly locking devices.

SUBSTANCE: locking-and-sealing device has body with string installed so that one string end may be fixed into device, two channels extending at an angle one to another, namely the first, through channel for the second string end arrangement and the second channel. The second channel has stop member composed of one or several fixing members cooperating with string passing through the first channel under the action of pressing member. One body side has orifice located at the first channel. The orifice is arranged between initial point of channel conjugation and point of fixing member arrangement, wherein fixing member is located inside the channel and is not subjected to pressing member action. Orifice has inner thread for receiving lock screw cooperating with string inside the first channel during closing operation, which provides string bending. Bent string area provides stop member displacement to locking position.

EFFECT: increased protection against breaking-in.
