SUBSTANCE: locking and sealing device has body with rope cut arranged so that one end thereof may be fixed, the first through channel for the second rope cut end fixation and the second channel. The second channel has stop member made as one or several fixing members cooperating with rope cut, which is installed in the first channel, under the action of pressing member. Body has additional channel. Pressing member is made as rotary lock arranged in additional channel and cooperating with stop member for pressing fixing members against the rope cut. Pressing member also has fixer adapted to prevent rotary lock rotation after device bringing into working position.
