FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for locking with sealing of material objects in order to prevent unauthorised access to them. Device comprises body with section of cable, one end of which is undetachably fixed in body. In body there are the following channels installed at the angle to each other and communicating to each other - throughput channel for location of the second end of cable section and channel with stop element in the form of at least one spring-loaded solid of revolution, which is installed with the possibility of interaction with cable located in throughput channel, and also stop screw with detachable handle, installed in threaded opening. Body is arranged from holder and insert. Insert is fixed in holder by means of plastic deformation. In insert there is a stepped cavity arranged, which communicates to throughput channel, two inserts are installed in cavity, one insert-nut for location of threaded part of screw and the second insert, in which fixator is installed, being arranged in the form of axis having conic part that interacts with cable, and stepped cylindrical part that interacts with end part of stop screw. On cylindrical part of large diametre axis there is external annular slot arranged, and in end part of the second insert there is an internal annular slot arranged with spring ring installed in it, which is located in cylindrical part of smaller diametre axis in position of preliminary assembly. After screw driving until stop into position of final assembly, spring ring is installed in external slot of fixator.
