FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means for forming a film of a solid lubricant coating in a threaded part of oil and gas field pipes. Means for forming a film of a solid lubricant coating in a threaded part of oil and gas field pipes contains two or more types of solid lubricants dispersed in a binder resin, graphite is contained as one of said two or more types of solid lubricants in amount of 50% or more and 90% or less relative to total weight of solid lubricants, wherein graphite features flaky shape and mean particle diameter of 10.0 mcm or less. Solid lubricant made from materials selected from BN (boron nitride), a combination of mica and talc, MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), is additionally contained as other solid lubricants from said two or more types of solid lubricants. Binder resin contains PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin, having an average particle diameter of less than or equal to 1 to 15 mcm, as a main component, wherein PEEK resin is contained in amount of 70% or more relative to total weight of binder resin, wherein the total weight of the solid lubricants is 0.1-fold or more and 2-fold or less of the total weight of the binder resin, and the content of graphite as the solid lubricant is 20% or more and 50% or less of the total weight of the solid lubricants and the total weight of the binder resin. Invention also relates to an oil and gas field pipe containing a lubricating coating film, to a threaded joint for oil and gas field pipes, made with possibility of connecting a pipe containing a coupling joint, having an internal thread, and a pipe containing a nipple connection having an external thread, and to a method for manufacturing oil and gas field pipes.
EFFECT: providing corrosion resistance and sufficient lubricating capacity of oil and gas field pipes to withstand make-up/unscrewing in a real well, due to a film of a solid lubricant coating.
