FIELD: low-voltage vacuum cathode-ray data display means.
SUBSTANCE: proposed low-voltage cathode-ray fluorescent matrix screen that can be used in developing and manufacturing digital, alphanumeric, and mnemonic devices, matrix panels and screens for displaying information in various individual and shared devices, including television sets and radio systems has vacuum envelope incorporating two glass plates; cathode-emitters; lines of anode electrodes deposited on one of glass plates and made in the form of parallel phosphor-covered strips of at least one color which are connected by means of current-carrying tracks to external leads through contact pads; set of control electrodes which are orthogonal to anode electrodes and form light-emitting segments; and jointing component disposed over perimeter of two glass plates; control electrodes and cathodes are integrated to form single set of control electrodes and cathodes disposed on inner surface of second glass plate; carbon nanotubes are applied to set of control electrodes and cathodes for field-effect emission of electron flux when voltage is applied between chosen anode electrodes and at least one set of control electrode and cathode-emitter.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of screen and relevant device, improved quality of data display, facilitated manufacture, and reduced cost.
