FIELD: black metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: founding yard has at least one main chute with footed lids, transporting chutes, complex of opening and closing equipment for cast iron tap hole and manipulator for hoisting lid. Manipulator boom is mounted on rotary gear with possible rotation and servicing of two cast iron tap holes. Hooks of manipulator are rigidly held on axis, mounted on boom with possible concurrent holding of ears of chute lid. In lid supports are present, which are in contact during hoisting of boom with stops, placed on boom, with possible concurrent rotation of lid of main chute in vertical plane and removal of front longitudinal end of lid from side of equipment complex for value, providing for free passing of maximum height portion of gear for opening cast iron tap hole.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
