FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: surfaces of friction rings are provided with ring grooves of noncircular cross-section, say trapezoidal, so that in assembling a toroidal space of noncircular cross-section is defined, say hexahedral, that receives hollow toroidal ring of noncircular cross-section which is cut over the side along the ring axle and is in a contact with the friction rings. The outer size of the cross-section of the toroidal ring before assembling is larger than that of the space .

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
