SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes rapeseed sampling, temperature measurement (t,°C), sample introducing into sensor of impulse NMR-analyzer, measurement of oil proton nuclear-magnetic relaxation characteristics and calculation of weighted average value of spin-spin relaxation time (T2CB, in msec) according to formula: wherein N = 3 is component number in oil proton NMR-signal; Ai is proton NMR-signal amplitude of the i-th component in % based on total amplitude; T2i is proton spin-spin relaxation time of the i-th component in msec. When rapeseeds are considered as low erucic-acid ones.
EFFECT: accelerated measurement method without seed breakage.
