FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing samples of seeds for analysis, for which purpose sample is thermostatically held at 23±0.2оС for 2 h and spin-spin relaxation of oil protons belonging to first component (T21) is measured, after which content of oleic acid Poa is calculated from formula: Poa = 1.361 T21 + 213.3.
EFFECT: simplified preparation of sample and shortened analytic time.
