FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the fat-and-oil industry and may be used for a fractionation of the oily seeds at the post-harvest treatment, storage and processing. The method provides for a sampling of the oily seeds, determination in the selected sample the value of the identifying criterion for separation of the oily seeds for fractions. At that in the capacity of the identification criterion for separation of the oily seeds into fractions use the value of time of the spin-spin relaxation of water protons contained in the oily seeds. The oily seeds are divided into value of time of spin-spin relaxation of protons of water divide into three fractions: to the first fraction corresponds the time of the spin-spin relaxation of the water protons contained in the oily seeds in the interval of 0.6-1.5 milliseconds, to the second fraction - 1.6÷З.5 milliseconds, and to the third fraction - 3.6-70 milliseconds. The invention presents a high-efficiency universal method of separation of oily seeds for fractions having eliminated application of chemical agents and allowing operatively to form the uniform fractions of the oily seeds according to biochemical and technological features.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the highly efficient separation of the oily seeds for fractions without application of chemical agents and quick formation of the uniform fractions of the oily seeds according to their biochemical and technological features.
