FIELD: oncology. SUBSTANCE: alpha-2-glycoprotein and alpha-macroglobulin content associated with pregnancy is determined in tumor, adjacent to tumor, and sound tissues of larynx. If there is a tendency of augmentation in alpha-2-glycoprotein concentration from tumor (340+28 E/g) to adjacent to tumor (392+24 E/g), and to sound tissue (464+22 E/g) and decrease in concentration of alpha-macroglobulin from tumor (0.382+0.026 E/g) to adjacent to tumor (0.346+0.024 E/g), and to sound tissue (0.304+0.021 E/g), development of recurrence of larynx cancer is diagnosed.
